Located in trendy Parkdale Village on Queen West, Shopgirls Gallery Boutique is a design collective that strives to promote local designers and crafters in Toronto. This 1800-square-foot creative retail and studio space not only sells beautiful products, but as importantly, the talent behind the creations.

The product assortment is unique in that it is for the most part, handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Jewellery, Art, Accessories, Fashion even Home Décor and Furniture, all are showcased in a very original and welcoming retail environment. Right now, Shopgirls has over 80 artists in the shop!

Owner Michelle Germain hand picks each and every artist and piece to ensure that everything in the shop has a “wow” factor. “Every item in the store is a little piece of art. Whether it’s jewellery, furniture, art or clothing, each piece is a bit unusual and unique and tells a story.”

Complimenting Michelle’s dedication and fabulous eye is a team of artists and designers who work in the shop during the week. They include: Ashley Winnington-Ball (Manager), Sarah McLennan (Assistant Manager), Tennille Will, Jamie Metzger, and Jade Sullivan-Vallentyne.
